About The Position
The Northwestern University Department of Economics anticipates filling an opening at the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction (full-time) beginning September 1, 2025. The Department invites applications from candidates in all fields of economics and from all diverse backgrounds. Duties include teaching, research, and advising students. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. by the start date. Primary considerations for all faculty positions will be excellent recommendations and teaching ability. Salary will be competitive.
