About The Position

The Department of Education invites applicants to apply for a faculty position as Assistant Professor of Education (tenure track). The successful candidate will assume responsibility for providing 27 credit hours of instruction in Education per academic year. The Assistant Professor will teach courses in undergraduate, graduate and online programs; conduct research in his/her areas of specialization; perform student advisement; serve on University and School of Education committees; perform other duties within the scope of the position.

Requirements

• A minimum of a PhD degree in Education, Special Education or equivalent.
• Qualified to teach undergraduate, graduate, and online courses.
• Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods.
• Ability to relate to diverse students and facilitate student learning.

Responsibilities
