The Department of Computer Science & Cyber Security at Roosevelt University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2026. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and excellence of our undergraduate and graduate computer science programs by teaching courses, conducting high-quality research, mentoring students, and participating in curriculum development and departmental service. About the Department: Located in downtown Chicago, the Department of Computer Science and Cybersecurity offers undergraduate and graduate programs that emphasize applied learning, small class sizes, and strong industry connections. The department is growing rapidly and expanding its portfolio to include emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Bioinformatics. As part of its strategic growth, the department plans to introduce a doctoral program within the next two years, creating exciting opportunities for faculty research, student mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Faculty work closely together on curriculum development, program innovation, and projects that support Roosevelt University's mission of social justice and access to education.
