About The Position

The Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) invites applications for a 9-month, tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Management beginning Fall 2026. This position has primary teaching responsibilities in the areas of Human Resource Management and/or Organizational Behavior at the graduate and undergraduate level and may require a combination of classroom, hybrid, and online courses. This position will be located at the TAMU-CC campus in Corpus Christi, Texas. Accredited in both business and accounting by AACSB International, the TAMU-CC College of Business serves a vibrant student body on the Corpus Christi Island Campus, the RELLIS Campus (Brazos Valley), and online. Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Management or related field from an AACSB-accredited institution.
  • Advanced ABD will be considered; degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
  • Demonstrated record of scholarly research and publication in accordance with faculty qualifications.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching in related management areas.
