Requirements

  • Experience in online or hybrid teaching models with demonstrated ability to innovate in course delivery.
  • Evidence of collaboration in research, service, and community partnerships with academic and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience integrating student involvement in research projects.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Supply Chain Management with a teaching load of 12 credit hours per term.
  • Develop innovative, real-world course content that bridges academic theory with practical application.
  • Mentor and engage students on academic and career pathways, focusing on research, internships, and industry opportunities.
  • Maintain an active research agenda focused on applied or pedagogically oriented research.
  • Collaborate on joint research projects with students to promote experiential learning and professional development.
  • Publish in peer-reviewed, refereed journals and engage in impactful research.
  • Develop case studies and applied research with industry partners that align with local business needs.
  • Foster relationships with local firms and industry partners for collaboration.
  • Engage in case writing, joint research projects, and student internships with local businesses.
  • Support accreditation efforts, curriculum development, and program growth in alignment with AACSB standards.
  • Contribute to the department, school, and university through service activities and participation in shared governance.
