The University of Nevada, Las Vegas, invites applications for an Assistant Professor-in-Residence in the Department of Social & Behavioral Health in the School of Public Health [R0150536]. ROLE of the POSITION This is a 9-month, non-tenure track position beginning in Fall 2026. The position requires a 4/4 teaching schedule. Candidates must have a background in public health with a focus on social and behavioral aspects of population health, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong interest in teaching and mentoring of students. Candidates will be expected to teach mostly undergraduate courses in public health; however, they may be asked to teach graduate-level courses. Service is a requirement and includes academic, professional, and/or community service participation.
