Primary Responsibilities Must have the ability to teach a broad range of graduate level Education courses as well as courses in the specialty area of Educational Leadership. Responsibilities include teaching, supervision of practicum and/or internship students, and active participation in departmental and university activities-. Teaching assignments are web based. The director must be approachable, available, and totally committed to the vision of building a sustaining a principal pipeline for the K-12 partners by effectively recruiting and training quality principal candidates. This position is heavily focused on recruitment of school district partners, and the ability to easily build connections with district leaders is essential. Because the partnership director must juggle the calendars and event planning for multiple K-12 partners, the most essential managerial skills include sophisticated time management, organizational skills and commitment to travel as needed. This position is security sensitive.
