Job Summary The Department of Computer Science and Cybersecurity invites applications for a tenure-track position in Computer Science on the Dahlonega campus at the Assistant Professor level beginning in August 2026. This is a full-time tenure-track position with benefits.

Requirements

  • A doctorate in computer science or closely related field is required at the time of appointment.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching is essential.
  • Service and scholarly activities are expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong candidates will have a background in cybersecurity and/or artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • The faculty member will be expected to teach three classes per semester and to engage in service and scholarly activities.
