The primary teaching responsibilities include instructing at least two Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology Masters courses according to applicants' expertise and program needs (e.g., Training & Development, Personnel Psychology, Ethical/Professional Issues, I-O topic courses) and supervising thesis/internships. Successful candidates may fill other departmental undergraduate/graduate needs that may include undergraduate Industrial-Organizational Psychology and courses that are within applicants' area of expertise. Scholarship responsibilities include producing research that involves undergraduate and graduate students. Contributions to MSU's Public Affairs Mission and service to the university, college, and department are expected. The ideal candidate is expected to help the I-O MS Program and the department continue to attract and serve culturally, ethnically, and racially diverse cohorts.
