About The Position
SUNY Ulster County Community College, a two-year branch of the State University of New York located ninety miles north of New York City in the Catskill Mountains, is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Professor in English. This is a full-time, probationary faculty appointment, starting August 18, 2025. This position may include a combination of day, evening, weekend, extension site, online, and/or hybrid assignments. The selected candidate will participate in campus-wide events beginning the week of Monday, August 18, 2025. The assigned work year runs through spring graduation in May. The position will require an annual base teaching schedule of up to 30 contact hours.
