About The Position

The Department of Urology is seeking four full-time academic urologists: Assistant Professor specializing in general urology/health services research serving the Emory Healthcare system and its affiliates. Candidates must have completed an ACGME urology residency and be eligible for a Georgia medical license. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. Requirements

• Board certified/eligible urologist.
• Completed an ACGME urology residency.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia.
• Controlled Substance Registration Drug Enforcement Administration Certificate.
• Sign the Non-Compete Agreement of The Emory Clinic, Inc. as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in urology within the Emory Healthcare system.
• Engage in health services research related to urology.
• Participate in academic activities including teaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the department.
