About The Position

The College of Arts, Sciences, and Professional Studies at Gwynedd Mercy University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in biology for the 2026-2027 academic year. Requirements

• A Ph.D. in an appropriate discipline.

Responsibilities

• Teaching anatomy and physiology for students in the health sciences.
• Teaching physiology and other courses in the biology curriculum, as needed.
• Mentoring undergraduate research.
• Advising biology students.
• Assisting in curriculum and course development.
• Exploring grant opportunities.
