About The Position

Requirements

• Terminal Degree (MFA or Ph.D.) from an accredited institution in the individual's discipline.
• Non-doctoral degrees considered terminal by discipline-specific accrediting bodies may be accepted.

• Evidence of scholarly, artistic, or professional achievements beyond minimum qualifications.
• Adobe Certification in Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and others.
• Industry-standard UI/UX experience and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Digital Foundations, Graphic Design, Gaming Design, Motion Graphics, and Computer Art.
• Manage an interdisciplinary student literary/visual art journal in collaboration with other programs.
• Deliver general education and capstone courses in Art.
• Maintain a teaching load of 24 credits per year.
