About The Position
The Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) department at Boise State University is seeking applications for two full-time, nine-month tenure-track faculty positions: one at the Assistant Professor level and one at the Associate Professor level, starting in August 2025. The department focuses on providing online Master's degree and graduate certificate programs to a diverse student body, primarily professionals in learning and development fields. The ideal candidates will be innovative educator-researchers with a strong background in instructional design and related areas.
