As a self-motivated Production Supervisor Swing Shift, you'll be joining a team of more than 750 passionate individuals committed to our cause of providing superior health solutions. The Assistant Production Supervisor aids in leading daily operations and personnel within multiple production departments. This position takes an active stance in training with Production Supervisors and Senior Leadership to develop the skills required to become a successful supervisor. Must be capable of meeting and improving established quality standards and goals, ensuring all department operations are in compliance with cGMP and OSHA and all necessary components/resources are available.
