The Assistant Production Supervisor will direct and motivate the production team members, and assist in maintaining uniform production of safe, quality products at the lowest cost. This position will be required to work Saturdays and as a vacation fill in as needed. In the absence of the Production Supervisor, this incumbent must be able to run the production line and ensure that an adequate number of trained team members are on the line to produce hamburgers, while also making sure team members follow company GMP's, SQF, HACCP and all food safety regulations.
