About The Position

The position involves creating estimates, scheduling production personnel, and staffing for events. The individual will coordinate and advance events from concept to completion, ensuring that all production activities are aligned with other departments and contractors for smooth operations. Responsibilities include scheduling house crew for assigned events, assisting with public safety and security needs, maintaining production systems, and keeping an inventory of all production equipment. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and the ability to work odd hours, including weekends and nights.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and prior experience with digital audio, digital video displays, lighting systems, and networking.
• Extensive knowledge of digital audio consoles and audio over IP networks.
• Experience as an audio engineer in arenas and concert environments.
• Understanding of video source and Digital Media Servers.
• Familiarity with lighting consoles and dimming.
• Familiarity with TriCaster Video Switchers or similar systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Production management experience, preferably in rodeo production.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and working at heights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
