Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion production, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure production aligns with design intent and market demand.
• Provide regular updates to the Production Manager on progress and challenges.
