FCUSD is searching for a dedicated administrator who excels in a collaborative setting to join our team. As a member of our school community, the administrator will collaborate with teachers and other principals in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). FCUSD site administrators are trained in the Breakthrough Coach strategy for leading teaching and learning on their campus using coaching and continuous improvement principles. FCUSD administrators build restorative and equitable school climate on their campuses that create the conditions for learning. By engaging in collaborative planning, analyzing data, and providing continuous support, the administrator will play a key role in enhancing instructional methods and student achievements. Requirements

  • Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility
  • Minimum of three years of teaching and/or counseling experience with evidence of demonstrated leadership.
  • DOJ Clearance /Background Check
  • AB 2534 Egregious Misconduct Check
  • TB Clearance
  • Valid CA Driver’s License
  • Verification of Appropriate California Credential(s)
  • Board of Trustees Approval
  • Credential Copy (Administrative Services Credential)
