About The Position

As a member of our school community, the administrator will collaborate with teachers and other principals in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). FCUSD site administrators are trained in the Breakthrough Coach strategy for leading teaching and learning on their campus using coaching and continuous improvement principles. FCUSD administrators build restorative and equitable school climate on their campuses that create the conditions for learning. By engaging in collaborative planning, analyzing data, and providing continuous support, the administrator will play a key role in enhancing instructional methods and student achievements. Requirements

Administrative Services Credential or Certificate of Eligibility
Minimum of three years of teaching and/or counseling experience with evidence of demonstrated leadership.
