About The Position
POSITION: Assistant Principal MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: NJ Principal Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility (Certificate(s) MUST be uploaded) 7 years successful teaching experience Such alternatives to the above that the Superintendent may find appropriate ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES: Successful candidates will demonstrate experience in: Improving student learning outcomes Analyzing student achievement data and using it to inform instructional decisions Coaching, mentoring or otherwise supporting teachers in addressing the needs of a diverse population Active participation in professional learning Development of curriculum and/or instructional initiatives Contributing to a positive school climate Collaborating with parents and community stakeholders Active participation in managing school operations, including budget, scheduling, testing, etc. SALARY: Per contractual agreement LOCATION: P.S. #30 STARTING DATE: To Be Determined
