About The Position
The Assistant Principal of Operations (APO) is a key member of the school’s Leadership Team, responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of clear operational systems while building a data-driven, service-oriented culture. This position is central to the realization of KIPP Texas' mission, allowing the School Leader and Assistant Principals to focus on teaching and learning. The APO will embrace innovation and continuous improvement, jump into projects, and find ways to work smarter and more efficiently to support instructional staff and leaders.
