The Assistant Principal of Alternative Programming plays a pivotal role in supporting the disciplinary, instructional, and administrative functions primarily within Lewis & Clark Academy (LCA) but also supports other associated alternative programs throughout the district, including Fort Connect. Reporting directly to the Principal, the Assistant Principal will collaborate closely with staff, parents, and students to ensure a positive and productive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth. This position requires strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, real world learning experiences and inclusivity. Must hold a valid Missouri K-12 Administrative / Principal Certificate, experience in special education and behavior preferred.
