Under the direct supervision of the Site Principal, the position supervises student activities and affairs, performs administrative duties as assigned, and may serve as Principal's Designee in the absence of the Principal. The role involves formulating policies, procedures, and schedules related to an efficiently operating school program, sharing responsibility for staff morale and relationships, and coordinating staff development workshops. Additionally, the position monitors student records for compliance, implements policies related to student activities and discipline, and supervises campus supervisors. The individual will also serve as a school site representative and evaluate the status of implemented programs.
