About The Position

The Sweetwater Union High School District is seeking an Assistant Principal to join our team. Founded in 1920, the district has a rich history of academic excellence, winning the San Diego County Academic Decathlon for eight consecutive years. With approximately 34,000 students in grades 7 through 12 and over 10,000 adult learners, the district serves a diverse population across 32 campuses in Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, National City, and San Diego. The Assistant Principal will play a crucial role in fostering a positive school culture and ensuring academic success for all students.

Requirements

  • Valid California Clear Administrative Credential.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in education.
  • Five years of successful experience in an educational setting.
