About The Position
The Assistant Principal at Fairfield Crossroads Middle School plays a crucial role in supporting the building principal in the leadership, supervision, and administration of the school. This position is focused on promoting the instructional program and fostering the educational development of each student. The Assistant Principal will assume responsibility for state-mandated testing and will lead designated grade level teams and content area teams. Attendance at school activities and events after the close of the school day is expected. A more detailed list of duties is available in the job description at the Human Resources office. The position requires a commitment of 213 working days per year.
