The Elementary Assistant Principal supports the Principal in leading a comprehensive elementary program aligned with district, state, and federal expectations. This role promotes a positive school climate, supports student achievement and well-being, and provides instructional leadership. Responsibilities include overseeing student discipline, safety, attendance, and truancy processes; supervising staff and evaluating performance; coordinating assessments; supporting special education programming and meetings; leading the Student Assistance Team; assisting with scheduling and curriculum implementation; participating in school events; and helping hire and supervise instructional and licensed staff.
