The Assistant Principal facilitates the administration and coordination of a school under the general direction of the principal. This role involves assisting in the development and administration of policies related to discipline, conduct, and attendance, as well as supervising student attendance and maintaining a safe school environment. The Assistant Principal will also plan and coordinate school programs, lead teachers in developing a healthy school culture, monitor student progress, implement data-driven instructional practices, and conduct evaluations of staff. Additional responsibilities include making fiscally responsible decisions, attending school events, and participating in committees as directed by the Principal.
