The Assistant Preserve Manager, based at the Clymer Meadow Preserve in northeast Texas, will be instrumental in implementing conservation programs, ecological restoration, and preserve management plans across TNC lands and regional projects. This role involves assisting with the management of five north Texas TNC preserves and contributing to stewardship efforts within the Trinity, Red, Sulphur, and Sabine River watersheds. The position is crucial for TNC's initiatives to protect and enhance grassland management on both public and private properties, aiming to boost carbon capture and storage, prevent the conversion of natural ecosystems, and support sustainable agricultural and renewable energy working lands.
