About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED - required
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred (Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Special Education highly recommended) or in pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of teaching experience (ideally in a preschool classroom)
• Self-starter, highly motivated, dynamic, and a creative team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Lifelong learner

Responsibilities

• Ensure each student's health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols
• Co-teach our preschool and enrichment classes using our unique, creative and original curriculum
• Provide ongoing support to each student in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
• Engage daily with parents and caregivers, sharing classroom activities and developmental milestones
