Make a real impact as our Assistant Portfolio and Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both Portfolio Management operations and Growth initiatives across the team. This hybrid role is designed to strengthen relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the strategic expansion of the business. In your Portfolio Management capacity, you’ll build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and owners while managing property schedules and conducting essential fieldwork to optimize performance. You’ll support marketing efforts by creating compelling ads, managing leads, and ensuring that all property information remains accurate and up to date in AppFolio. In your Business Development capacity, you’ll help drive growth in new and existing markets through relationship generation and upfront support for owners, brokers, and investors. You’ll coordinate operational processes to maintain a healthy pipeline without placing undue pressure on the property management team. This includes ongoing communication and alignment between sales and operations to support stable, effective growth. You may also contribute to developing new processes to ensure our systems and workflows can scale as the company continues to expand.
