About The Position

The Assistant Pool Manager will support the Pool Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the pool facility. This includes ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests, managing staff schedules, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the pool area. The Assistant Pool Manager will also assist in organizing events and activities at the pool, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role at a pool or similar facility.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of pool safety regulations and maintenance.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in lifeguarding or pool management.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
