Requirements

• Plumbing License
• Construction plumbing experience
• Driver's License
• Plumbing Journeyman certification
• Minimum of 1 year of plumbing experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Plumbing Service and Service Manager in achieving operational goals for the Plumbing Service department.
• Collaborate with management to meet budget goals for the Plumbing Service department.
• Learn and understand financial data related to departmental and company success.
• Estimate all projects according to company guidelines and profit goals.
• Complete administrative tasks alongside the Service Manager and Service Coordinator.
• Provide system, sales, and technical training to improve employee KPIs through meetings and ride-alongs.
• Work with all company employees to ensure the success of the Service department.
