As the Manager over our Melt, Cast, and Recycling operations, you’ll take ownership of performance, people, and process—driving efficiency, quality, and safety while shaping how work gets done. You’ll lead through strategy and action, influencing everything from daily production to long-term growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
- Strong background in ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Process Optimization
- A hands-on leadership style with a drive to improve processes and develop people
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Melt, Cast, and Recycling teams to consistently hit production, safety, and quality targets
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Maximize the use of materials, equipment, and labor to improve output and reduce waste
- Partner with EHS to maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment
- Establish and track key metrics to measure success and uncover opportunities
- Identify training needs and help build a stronger, more capable workforce
- Monitor production costs and product quality, adjusting processes to meet business goals
- Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to improve capabilities and performance
- Contribute to long-term strategy, capital planning, and implementation of new technologies
