About The Position
The Assistant Plant Manager will oversee Collins' production operations. This position ensures that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process. This role requires the ability to monitor employees and organize workflow. The Assistant Plant Manager must be skilled in complex operations and able to comprehend the multifaceted nature of the manufacturing process. This role requires the ability to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing cost. Manufacturing at Collins Bus includes general assembly, as well as more technical operations including; paint, welding, and fabrication.
