Requirements

  • Associates degree in a related field or minimum of three years of experience in a comparable Table Games leadership position.
  • Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
  • Ability to interact with guests and resolve problems diplomatically.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups.
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff and manage daily operations of the Table Games department during assigned shifts.
  • Provide oversight for all games, game protection, and overall operation of table games.
  • Support and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling and address any concerns with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the budget process by providing recommendations and reporting budget concerns.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure customer service standards are followed and address issues as they arise.
  • Enforce game procedures and policies and monitor compliance.
  • Monitor chips and cash transactions and ensure proper payouts.
  • Account for chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment.
  • Verify table inventories and manage table limits.
  • Handle customer concerns and requests effectively.
  • Engage with team members to address feedback, suggestions, and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
