About the position

The position involves providing friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. The individual will supervise staff and manage the daily operations of the Table Games department during their assigned shift. Responsibilities include overseeing game protection, managing operational goals, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures. The role also requires addressing customer concerns, managing team member feedback, and maintaining the integrity of daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
  • Supervise staff and manage the daily operations of the Table Games department.
  • Oversee all games, game protection, and overall operation of the table games on assigned shift.
  • Support and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
  • Coordinate scheduling with manager and address scheduling concerns.
  • Assist in the budget process by providing recommendations and reporting budget concerns.
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure enforcement of game procedures and policies.
  • Monitor compliance and manage chips and cash transactions.
  • Accountability for gaming equipment including chips, cards, and dice.
  • Verify table inventories and manage table limits.
  • Handle customer concerns and requests effectively.
  • Engage with team members to address feedback, suggestions, and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in related field or minimum of three years of experience in a comparable Table Games leadership position.
  • Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve problems diplomatically.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups.
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret data.
