Requirements

• CPR Certified
• Nationally recognized personal training certification
• Experience working in and managing a team environment
• Demonstrate a friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic attitude at all times
• High level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and work ethic
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Experience providing high-end customer service
• Efficient and effective communication skills
• Track record of success in a performance-driven work environment

• Assist in managing the personal training department and team
• Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention
• Support personal trainers in their professional development
• Promote and sell personal training services to gym members
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment for all members
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of personal trainers
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
• Foster a competitive and motivating atmosphere among staff and clients
