About The Position

The Assistant, People Operations will support goop’s People team across a variety of recruiting, operational, and team initiatives that help shape the employee experience. This role will assist with interview coordination, recruiting processes, and organizational projects while helping maintain the systems and details that keep our People team running smoothly. The Assistant will also contribute to talent acquisition branding and People team initiatives, gaining exposure to how we attract, hire, and support exceptional talent across our corporate and retail teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the inner workings of People Operations while contributing to a thoughtful, people-first organization.

Requirements

Current undergraduate student, recent graduate, or early-career professional interested in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Support the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks including document organization, filing, and maintaining internal records
Help manage recruiting logistics including interview calendars, candidate communications, and interview preparation materials across corporate and retail roles
Support talent acquisition branding initiatives and special projects that enhance the candidate experience
Working on an internal audit of employee & candidate facing material, updating it to 2026 standard
