The Order Planner Assistant supports the planning and coordination of customer orders throughout the manufacturing process to ensure on-time delivery. This role works closely with the Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Product Engineering teams to assist in production planning, monitor order status, and maintain accurate planning data within ERP systems. The position helps ensure that materials, schedules, and manufacturing resources are aligned to meet customer and production requirements. The primary objective of this role is to act as a central coordination point for order status and production planning activities. The Order Planner Assistant supports planners in scheduling, releasing, and tracking orders from customer purchase order receipt through final shipment. This role ensures accurate order information, monitors production progress across departments including Purchasing, Warehouse, Integration, Quality Control, and Shipping, and communicates status updates to Sales, Program Management, and Account Engineering teams. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives and helps maintain efficient planning processes through accurate data management and reporting.
