About The Position

The Department of Health Policy and Administration (HPA) in the College of Health and Human Development (HHD) invites applications for a full-time (48 week), non-tenure track Assistant or Associate Teaching Professor position for its residential and online undergraduate and/or MHA degree programs.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold a Masters degree (Doctoral degree preferred) in health management, health policy, nursing, public health or a related field.
• Teaching experience, preferably both in person and online.
• Professional experience or background in healthcare finance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Primary teaching responsibilities include courses on Health Care Finance, Health Care Payment, Consumer Choices in Health Care, Health Care Management, Strategic Planning and Marketing, and Health Care Leadership.
