The incumbent works as part of the Law Career Development Office (LCDO) team to counsel and coach students and alumni in career planning, with a particular emphasis on the private sector. Provide programs relating to professional and talent development, job search strategies, resume preparation, interviewing skills, and networking in the diverse legal market and other professional career paths. Create and present career services (career education and career strategy programs) panels and workshops, as well as manage LCDO external communications and publications. The department is hiring at either the assistant or associate director level, depending on the level of oversight the incumbent will need. The position will primarily be on-campus with some remote work possible.
