As our new Assistant Operations Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our warehouse operations and guiding our talented team. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your expertise in emergency vehicle equipment to ensure our customers receive the very best service and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public safety vehicle equipment installation
• Deep understanding of specialized configurations, parts, ordering systems, and inventory control
• Proven technical and computer skills
• Exceptional customer relations and communication abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train installers on best practices and specialized configurations
• Answer installer questions and provide on-the-ground problem-solving support
• Perform thorough quality control checks to maintain high standards
• Meet with walk-in customers and provide updates on orders and configurations
• Train customers on vehicle operations, ensuring their confidence and safety
• Collaborate with sales staff to guarantee order accuracy and seamless operations
