The responsibilities include assisting in overseeing the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. Specific duties in this role will include but are not limited to: Agility to adjust to various departments throughout the hotel as needed to support the operation. A commitment to guest communication from pre-arrival to post-stay survey. Ensuring that Housekeeping and Front Office division's colleague's behaviors align with Hyatt's core values. Working closely with all other stakeholders, including fellow leaders in the Housekeeping and Front Office Operations, in a collaborative manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel. Supervising colleagues within Housekeeping and Front Office divisions.
