Responsible for assisting the Regional Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating all phases of marine operations. This includes direct supervision of Deck Officers and Deckhands and serving as a liaison between the Foss HSQE Team and the local mariners. The operations manager will support the implementation of governmental and state regulatory and safety compliance standards, budget development & management, casualty investigations, vessel repair, coordination of vessel schedules while adhering to company policies.
