Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays/overnight).

Responsibilities

  • Enhancing guest experience at the Front Desk by checking guests in and out.
  • Addressing any guest situations brought to the front desk.
  • Assisting with overall operations within the hotel, including exposure to the housekeeping department and F&B areas.
