The Assistant Operations Manager - Food & Beverage will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all corporate standards and operating procedures. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager - Food & Beverage Focus with strong support and care for our colleagues, as well as an excellent presence for our guests. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
