Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required.
Certification of Occupancy must be obtained within two years of employment and must be maintained.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field and experience in the housing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Will assist with the operation of a housing complex for low-moderate income families and other eligible individuals.
Will assist with the review of occupancy reports to ensure that applications, selection of residents, and assignment of dwelling units are in accordance with rules and regulations.
Will complete direct services, such as maintenance work orders, tenant bills, and filing necessary paperwork.
Will assist applicants with completion of the application process from pre-application to move-in.
