We are looking for an Office Assistant to manage all aspects of creating an excellent customer service experience for current and prospective customers. You must be detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and customer service skills, and the ability to work in both a team enviornment and on self-directed tasks are essential.   Schedule:  Generally M-F 8-5 with additional hours and weekend needs during our peak seasons. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Office and Facilities Services
  • 1+ years of experience in Administrative Support
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to sit, stand, push, and pull frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to speak frequently

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business needs
  • Farming background or agriculture/fertilizer experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete general administrative duties on time with high quality.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, greet and assist visitors, and direct patrons to appropriate personnel.
  • Set up customer contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and perform accurate data entry into various systems.
  • Collect direct payments, reconcile credit card receipts, and prepare deposits.
  • Dumping and weighing trucks and document information.
  • Assemble and maintain files including accurately entering all information, keeping files updated and maintaining complete electronic file documentation.
  • Order office supplies and maintain a clean office.
  • Schedule meetings, arrange facilities, logistics and catering and distribute meeting information.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, organizational charts, phone lists, etc.
  • Provide clear communication with location managers, board members, and patrons.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet all required timelines.
  • Maintain a full understanding of company products and services.
  • Work with sensitive material and maintain highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
