About The Position

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Critical Care areas and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all Critical Care service line staff. She/he assumes house supervision duties as assigned.
