Looking for qualified Assistant Nursing Home Administrators to join our team! Location: Valley View Care and Rehabilitation Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nursing Home Administrator to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a compassionate and results-driven individual with proven leadership skills in long-term or subacute care facilities.

Requirements

  • Current, active, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in a long-term or subacute care facility.
  • Demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement.
  • A dedicated, compassionate, and results-driven professional committed to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management and team members.
  • Assist the Executive Director in day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, including profit and loss responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Support the Executive Director in establishing financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct annual evaluations of goal achievement.
  • Provide leadership to facility staff, promoting quality resident care as a top priority.
  • Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff to implement facility programs and services effectively.
  • Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate, state, federal, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions that improve systems and processes for superior results.
